Success Story: After reviewing an investment strategy for 30 acres of raw land, an Advisory Group executive offered a client two additional profitable and parallel strategies. The first suggested strategy involved employing a transaction that created tax advantages totaling $600,000 without forfeiting future appreciation of the land. The second strategy recommended that the developer hold on to the property in the short term, but pursue a rezoning request for a portion of the property.
